IsoMetrix achieves official ISO 9001:2015 quality certification across all regions
Globally recognized certification based on the implementation of an internal quality management system at IsoMetrix.
IsoMetrix is proud to announce that it has been awarded official ISO 9001:2015 certification for its operations in North America, Europe, Australia, and South Africa. Its certification is applicable to the “Development of web-based software for a range of companies globally, and the provision of services to implement and support this software.”
To attain this prestigious accreditation, IsoMetrix needed to implement a stringent internal quality management system for all departments within the organization. Overseen and driven by the company’s Senior Executive for Quality and Enablement, Lucille Hallowes, IsoMetrix improved its documentation and refined its operational processes until a consistently high standard was achieved and maintained. The organization then faced an intensive week-long audit by independent global certification body, NQA, before being awarded the certification.
Lucille Hallowes commented that “Our journey to ISO 9001:2015 certification was a huge team effort which we can be proud of, and was also achieved ahead of the timelines that we set for ourselves.”
