From Templated to Tailored

There is no one size fits all in terms of approaches to realize value of your investment in IsoMetrix software solutions. Small companies may have mature processes. Large companies may have immature processes. You may be implementing your first EHS or Sustainability software solution, moving from an Excel and email approach. All IsoMetrix solutions are templated, meaning that there is a starting point for Data Capture, Data Flow, and Data Reporting and Analysis that customers can use with little effort except populating things like your business reporting structure, users, and a few other key data sources. This provided the most rapid return on investment and the shortest time to impact. Available for IsoMetrix Aurora and Lumina

Tweaked

This approach follows the ’80-20’ rule— focus on Templated for 80% but tweak a few key things you need with the other 20%. There may be some region specific regulations that must be captured and managed for one site but not others. Maybe there is a specific workflow required for an Incident sign-off, or there is a Dashboard that you’ve been using for years and you want to replicate it. These all require some tweaking. This is a good “middle ground” for focusing on what you need rather than what you want and falls on the shorter time to value realization time-frame. Available for IsoMetrix Aurora and Lumina

Tailored

You’ve spent years developing company specific processes and procedures that need to be reflected in the IsoMetrix software. This type of approach is typical for an enterprise implementation where there are detailed requirements, needs for specific documentation, detailed configuration, thorough testing, and iterative implementations. There is typically a robust Statement of Work, which means more time and money invested not just initially, but also in ongoing support and training costs. In this case, a larger return may be realized, however it will typically take a bit longer to feel that realization. Note this approach only available with IsoMetrix Aurora
