Metrix Software Solutions offers a consultancy service which includes the following;
  Assistance with setting up an occupational health service
  Evaluating existing occupational health service for legal compliance
  Assistance with hazard identification and risk assessment to ensure that risk based medical surveillance is conducted
  Implementation on the IsoMetrix Medical Surveillance component.

Utilising the IsoMetrix Medical Surveillance component enables recordkeeping of medical surveillance test results which are linked to a homogenous exposure group i.e. employees exposed to the same group of risks.
Individual medical surveillance records are linked to a job category or occupation, area of work, type of work and the associated risk profile.
A cumulative record of the person’s work exposures and health status is available.

Where adverse health effects are identified during medical surveillance an incident can be logged to act as a trigger for investigation of the cause of the adverse health effect. Actions can be raised to mitigate the risk. Essentially this feature brings the management of work related adverse health effects into the management main stream and reduces the silo effect.
Confidentiality of medical record is secured by dual password system and access permissions.
Several reports are available to interrogate the data obtained during medical surveillance.
