Conrad Moller (Managing Director, Australia)

 

Conrad is the Managing Director of the newly opened IsoMetrix Australia (Pty) Ltd based in Perth, Western Australia.  He has more than 10 years business development experience and has played a significant role in managing some large corporate accounts at Metrix Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

During his five years at Metrix, Conrad has been involved in implementing various management systems in the areas of quality, environmental and safety risk with particular focus on integrated occupational health, wellness, primary healthcare and hygiene systems.

One of the key strategies in developing IsoMetrix Australia is to identify, recruit and support local channel partners serving Australia and Asia.

 

Paul de Kock (Managing Director, South Africa)  

                                            

Paul holds an Honours degree in Environmental Management from the University of Natal and has completed the Certificate Programme in Management (MAP Wits). He has 16 years of work experience, 6 of these as an environmental scientist and manager within Eskom, a large electricity supply utility.

The past 10 years have been as a consulting environmental scientist and director of Metago Environmental Engineers (Pty) Ltd. During this period he has specialised in environmental impact assessment, environmental management systems design and implementation, management system software development, risk based environmental assessment and environmental auditing. In 2004 Paul was also appointed Managing Director of Metrix Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd.

 

Lucille Hallowes (COO/Director)

                                            

Lucille completed a PhD in Hydrology after obtaining a BSc (Hons) cum laude at the University of Natal. She has 12 years of work experience having worked as a hydrologist before being employed as an Environmental Scientist at Metago Environmental Engineers (Pty) Ltd. For the past eight years she has worked for Metrix Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd and is currently on the Board of Directors. At Metrix her focus has been on product design, business analysis, quality assurance, software support processes, management system consulting and product related training.

 

Paul Marketos (Director)

Paul has a B Sc in Computer Science and an MA in English Literature from the University of Cape Town. After university he drove a Bedford truck from Cape Town to London, where he worked for four years before returning to South Africa. As Managing Director of Bluekey he has developed a number of IT companies in South Africa from start-up. He joined Metrix in March 2012 as a director, to help develop the dealer channel.

 

Zander Rautenbach (Director)

Zander has served as a Director for Metrix Software Solutions (Pty) Ltd since December
2010. Prior to this, he worked in the application development environment for 9 years.  He brings his depth of experience, technical skills and management capabilities to his current position where his core specialisations are as follows:

• System analysis and architecture
• Development and implementation of risk management related solutions
• Database architecture design and implementation using Microsoft SQL Server

In his current role as director he leads a team of developers, Quality Assurance
testers, Business Intelligence and SQL specialists.

 

Steve Simmonds (Executive Head:  Business Development)

For the past 18 years Steve has specialised in SHERQ management consulting and facilitation services, with a specific focus on the implementation of management systems that comply with the ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000 and ISO 17025 International Standards.

During this time he has worked with over 50 different companies varying from small, medium, large and national and international. As a certified Lead Assessor Steve offers consulting and advisory services to clients and their suppliers as well as SHERQ Compliance and System Audits.

Steve's work experience has taken him to various sectors of industries including the Mining, Petrochemical, Agricultural, Manufacturing, Packaging and Printing to name a few.

On a professional level Steve is a senior member and former National President of the South African Society for Quality as well as a former Director of the South African Quality Institute. 

 

Sajida Brey (Head: Product Support)      

                     

Sajida has 15 years of experience in software support. She has worked with and supported Microsoft and other products in a variety of industries and has been part of the Metrix team for the past 7 years. Currently she leads the support team and has grown with the IsoMetrix suite of products. She is dedicated to building and maintaining world class customer relations enabling the team to support our clients efficiently and effectively.
